Management
Jim Audia - manages the overall aspects of the company's development and construction activities. He works closely with local government agencies, architects, suppliers, subcontractors and vendors to ensure that all projects progress according to plan. In addition, Jim researches and explores trends for the housing industry, especially areas concerned with interior design as well as developments in consumer appliances and building system technologies. Jim is an avid gourmet cook and his experience is evident in the kitchens built by Crest Development.
